The Self Love Wand
With Rosemary, Lavender and Roses.
I name the Big Goddess Wands after the mood I’m in while I’m wrapping them. Here is a short message describing my mood:
- Affirmations, long baths/showers, meditation, journaling, laughing, believing, allowing, self love. Learning my love language is soothing and treating myself how I should be treated feels so good. I'm so proud of where I am and excited about my future.
Herb wands are traditionally called smudge sticks. Many culture around the world burn herbs but smudging with White Sage is a Native American practice.
I was introduced to the practice of smudging as a child. My Lola and Aunts always had Sage and Rosemary burning in their homes..
About the herbs:
Rosemary: Aids Protection, Purification, Psychic Abilities, Healing, Manifesting
Lavender: Soothes anxiety, helps sleep.
Roses: The love/promise/hope plant. It symbolizes balance, and the thorns on themrepresent defense from harm.
How to store for proper drying:
Wands are wrapped with fresh herbs and flowers and may not be ready to burn when you receive it. If it isn't dry, place in an open area like a dresser, alter, pin on to wall, on the dash board of your car until wand is light weight, completely dry and ready to burn.
NOTE: Roses and herbs may fall when its lit, be mindful when burning indoors.
How to use:
Hold your Goddess Wand upside down and light the tip, blow on it and wave it around so the embers combust and remain lit. If the wand catches flame, don't panic, just blow it out.
To put it out:
Use a thick sea shell, a ceramic/metal bowl, or cement ground, press down on the Goddess Wand until all embers are out and there is no more smoke.
May you relax and allow yourself to manifest your wildest dreams..
